Nickel Anti-Seize Compound protects metal-to-metal parts from seizing and galling caused by high temperatures, heavy loads, vibration, chemicals and corrosion. Free from copper, lead, sulphides and chlorides, it can be used on all metals, especially stainless steel.
Loctite 243 is a threadlocking adhesive that seals and secures bolts, nuts and studs to prevent loosening due to shock and vibration. It works on both active metals (e.g. brass, copper) and passive substrates like stainless steel.
Tinning Compound is a very dry blend of powdered solder and flux that cuts through dirt, grease, oil, paint and rust when heated. It works well on all common metals including aluminium, bronze, galvanised and other tough-to-tin metals.
Jointing Grease is applied to bolted connections immediately after scratch brushing, sealing the exposed surface, preventing oxidation and permanently excluding the future ingress of air and moisture. ALV300 jointing grease is extremely adhesive, resistant to water and has high temperature resistance.
Silicone Grease is used when applying slip-over joints, terminations and elbows.
Penetrating oil lubricants INOX MX3 and Lanox MX4 are heavy-duty, anti-moisture, anti-corrosion lubricants that are ideal for use in extreme climatic and high humidity conditions. Both lubricants can be used safely on metal points and surfaces, plastics, paints, enamels, fibreglass, formica or neoprene seals. They will not dry out, gum up, become gooey or sticky or wash off with water. They are non-conductive, non-static and non-staining.
Alminox Jointing Paste is recommended for aluminium-to-aluminium bolted or compression connections. It creates sound electrical connections, preventing oxidation and corrosion and providing excellent outdoor weathering protection.
Assembling paste is made from polyalkylene glycol oil and lithium soap, and is used when applying slip-over joints, terminations and elbows.
Jointing Compound Paste contains zinc particles that penetrate the oxide film that forms on aluminium surfaces, providing low initial contact resistance. The compound seals out air and moisture, preventing oxidation and corrosion, and ensuring high conductivity.
Tinning Paste prepares bare metal surfaces, creating strong bonds that are highly corrosion-resistant. It is easy to apply and can be brushed on straight from the tub and heated with an ordinary propane torch to bond to the metal.
