Pillar Tops or turrets are available either in a tall or short design and can be either vented or unvented. They are manufactured from a UV stabilised material and have the words ‘DANGER ELECTRICITY’ are embossed on the top of the turret. The pillar top is designed to be secured to a pillar base with four securing bolts.
Pillar Bases can be directly buried or bolted to a slab to provide a stable base for the pillar top. They are available either as a standard base or as a wide mouth base with more room for setting cables. The pillar bases can also accommodate panels for mounting fuses and other equipment.
Pillar Bolts are used to secure the pillar top to the base and are available either as a D head bolt or as an allen head bolt. For additional security, locking devices that will allow a padlock to be fitted are also available.
Terminal Blocks are designed to connect cables up to 50mm2, they are generally used as a service connection block in distribution pillars. They are designed with two screws per conductor termination for extra security and are available as a 3-way or 6-way terminal block.
Warning Signs and stickers are available to enhance the danger warning.
