Submersible In-Line Fuses come in a range of fuse and conductor sizes, ranging from 6 – 32amps and conductor sizes of 1.5mm2 to 16mm2. Used in underground pits and pillars in distribution systems for units, town houses or factory complexes, these fuses are totally sealed against moisture and water.
They feature insulated contact bolts with shear-heads for torque control and a tinned brass tunnel connection chamber which is hermetically sealed for the fuse cartridge. The advanced and proven cable entry seal prevents water ingress. Both the amp rating and cable strip length are permanently and clearly marked on the fuse holder body.
