Our range of underground includes:
PVC SI – Single Insulated cable, also know as building wire, is a single core copper cable with a single layer PVC sheath. These cables are 0.6/1kV rated with conductor size options ranging from 0.5mm2 up to 630mm2. Sheath colour options include; red, white, blue, black and green/yellow.
PVC SDI – Single Core, Double Insulated cable is a single core copper cable with a PVC insulation layer covered with a PVC sheath. These cables are 0.6/1kV rated with conductor size options ranging from 1mm2 up to 630mm2. Colour options include; red insulation with white sheath and black insulation with white sheath.
XLPE/PVC Single Core – This single core cable is XLPE insulated with a black PVC sheath. These cables are 0.6/1kV rated with conductor size options ranging from 16mm2 up to 630mm2. Both aluminium and copper options are available.
XLPE/PVC Multi Core – These are four core cables with XLPE insulated cores that are coloured red, white, blue and black with a black PVC sheath. These cables are 0.6/1kV rated with various aluminium and copper conductor options are available including stranded sector and solid sector aluminium.
MV XLPE Single Core – Medium Voltage single core copper or aluminium conductor cables are available for 6.35/11kV, 12.7/22kV and 19/33kV voltage classes. They are XLPE insulated with a semi conductive layer and copper wire screen, various sheath options are available including PVC only or HDPE/PVC.
MV XLPE Multi Core – Medium Voltage multi core copper or aluminium conductor cables are available for 6.35/11kV, 12.7/22kV and 19/33kV voltage classes. They are three XLPE insulated cores with semi conductive layers and copper wire screens on each core, various sheath options are available including PVC only or HDPE/PVC. Steel wire Armoured multi core cables are also available.
