Once you’ve placed your order and received your email receipt, we’ll start getting your order together right away. Your order will take 1 to 6 days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at check out.

Can I have my order redirected to a different address?
For your security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.
Can I have my order delivered to my PO Box address?
Yes, you can have an order delivered to a PO Box address within Australia.

If two weeks or more have passed since you placed your order, please email our MyShopNGo team so we can help you further.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this stage, but we do ship to all Australian states and territories.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Australia Post Standard Delivery and Australia Post Express Delivery services. You can select the option you prefer as part of the order process.
Standard delivery will take between 2 to 6 working days for orders received by 9:00am (EST) each day. Express orders will be delivered on the next business day within the Express Post delivery network for orders received by 9:00am (EST) each day. Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of MyShopNGo and we will advise you if this happens where we can.
Orders are shipped out of our Sydney warehouse and will be delivered by Australia Post. If no one is available to take delivery of the order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.
