As you know, across the country we are all managing the sustained challenges of the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, this is having impacts on our current processing and shipping times.
Like many other businesses, we are experiencing both high order volumes and staff shortages as people follow necessary self-isolation and testing before clearance back to work.
Additionally, due to the high volume of parcels moving through the postal network, Australia Post will temporarily pause all parcel collections from eCommerce retailers in NSW, ACT and VIC from Saturday 4 September until Tuesday 7 September.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may place on you.
