Can I have my order redirected to a different address?
For your security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.

We do not ship internationally at this stage, but we do ship to all Australian states and territories.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Australia Post Standard Delivery and Australia Post Express Delivery services. You can select the option you prefer as part of the order process.
Standard delivery will take between 2 to 6 working days for orders received by 9:00am (EST) each day. Express orders will be delivered on the next business day within the Express Post delivery network for orders received by 9:00am (EST) each day. Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of MyShopNGo and we will advise you if this happens where we can.
Orders are shipped out of our Sydney warehouse and will be delivered by Australia Post. If no one is available to take delivery of the order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.

You are more than welcome to pop in to your nearest branch and chat with our friendly staff, however our MyShopNGo store does offer a few advantages: you don’t have to worry about opening and closing times; it’s a mobile-friendly site which allows you to shop on-the-go from your home or worksite, and the streamlined process allows us to offer you the lowest per unit prices available.
